GI – gave overview of project of landscape studies

RBJ – gave background of the group

GI – co-moderator of Mill River Greenway Initiative and landscaper

HS – ask what is plan on paper, what are the next steps

RBJ – once the students have an idea what we are looking for then can move forward. 

JJ – 

EB – we can help set up channels for reaching out to the community

HS – introduced the idea a write up for the newsletter

RBJ – small  mobile park making kit. 

TR – what is the end date to put something together

RBJ – about 4 – 5 week, start early october, have something before thanksgiving, then polished pdf of the project before mid december

PG – has historical documentation for the hotel bridge, was submitted to federal, but was told it should be submitted to MA first

RBJ – this a great student project to take all the data and format and write to state presentation

PG – Mayoral candidate meet n greet Sunday Sept 19, with Counselor at large scheduled for the following Sunday

BS  – setup will be at latham park for mayoral meet and greet, looking for help from the LCA perhaps as a moderator, will have a table set up for candidate material, LCA material, and possibly for advocacy group sponsoring for ballot questions

 JJ – Wayne Feiden tried to put in Marney trail, but NOI was rescinded

 EM – issues

Old Newcomb RD is in disarray, 

road was paved in front of post office, crosswalk is not repainted

The fence needs to be repainted and may have lead 

HS – Summer trash review

May – 1 bag , 3 fores broken up

June – put up carry in carry out signs -16 bags , 16 firepits

` July – 3 bags, 1 gril, 1 fore pit

Aug – 5 bags, 1 grill, 1 firepit

Total 25.25 bags if trash ( 33 gallon bags), 5 grill, 19 firepits 

Would like to get thank you gifts for the trash volunteers for about 15 families

EM I supposed, feels that there are too many, “what about the people before?”

HS made a motion to spend $150 for thank you , with printed hotel cards
