PG: will contact Karyn Nelson for updated membership list

Heidi:

Litter Pick-up

PG: DPW is emailing her a one day permit, so there will  be no need for a dumpster. She will forward to David to put in his truck for trash. 

PG: will set up a table

HS: please forward the list of volunteers for the newsletter

      : will need big black lawn and leaf bags

Cherry trees

PG: The cherry trees were not trimmed

Quality Tree and Landscape did the trimming though not a good job. 

HS: will organize a garden work party and tidy up the cherry trees et al  April 29th/ May 1st

Newsletter:

EM: Rusty Chiles called about not getting the newsletter

PG: lets stop offering hand delivery newsletter

MF: Let’s ask the crowd at the party any volunteers to hand delivery

EM: he’s heard from bridge donors who would like recognition for their donation 

Tag sale:

PG: will contact the newspaper to advertise the date

Memorial Day

EM: ceremony will be on May 29th at 1:00pm

      : Brad Levee’s plaque will be unveiled

Party:

HS: Justin will open tix purchase on lca website

MF: to buy 50/50 raffle tix

HS: Edna Green is asking for planters from the city. We need volunteers to help take care of them.
