PG: We should gather all the people who said they would volunteer for party planning and make a committee. 

PG: here’s what we have 

HS: An LCA board member should chair the committee

MF: volunteered to head committee, will contact David Rondina to help with the committee

HS: talked to Steve McDonough about helping with trail maintenance

HS: has a list of volunteers for gardening, flood memorial, and Mulberry st 

HS: Entertainment possibilities, Trudy (Red Skies Music Ensemble), Joel Emerich ( Phil In the Blanks), Shawn

MF: to reach out to volunteers and set up a meeting, to ask Karyn about running a cord across the street for power

HS: ticket sales, can each person responsible to sell 10 tickets at $10 each, ticket needs to be numbered and cataloged, need to track tickets, what’s the food range for Netania ( if we have 70

 can you handle 30 more?)

 might be tough to control, just do cash at the door

MF: could we offer a discount for advance tix sales? 

HS: can get word into the building across the street from the green

Kid games are fun, happy to bring a pingpong table, limbo stick, corn hole game, felix the cat  toss game, 

HS: What happened on the trail from Main st to bike path ( abutting Marney Electric), Wayne had put in stakes and exposed for starting a trail without permission, wayne had withdrawn his proposal as of fall 2021, a neighbor contacted Heidi saying she saw blue blazes on the trail. We should investigate. HS -> PG can you find out?
