Heidi and Justin will manage new electronic membership
HS we should set up another signatory on the checking account
MF to be signatory until Penny is able

MF – submitted minutes from December / approved

Finding new members –
HS – we should try to personal approach to get new board members
TR – suggest an email blast that we are looking for at least one new board
EM – post something at the post office HS to make a flyer and post it

HS – EDDM went out
Confirmed newsletter will be spring, fall, EDDM
Possible email blast asking for ideas for newsletter submissions

A subcontractor was hired to do more investigative work
