Treasurer’s Report (KN)

KN – Donna has been so busy with the new mayor, unable to ask about the bridge and hasn’t contact Smith College

Pizza party (last weekend april/ first weekend may)

Food truck

Does she offer GF, and Dairy free

Does the $10 include drink, chips?

HS – can we rent tables & chairs?

HS – have a tent for yankee prize

KN – going to need table for membership

MF – would Northampton rental give us a break on cost?

HS – should we put in blurb about the party?, yes

May 14th rain date 15th

Unknown parcel 

PG – met with wayne in parking lot, where he agreed as long as he’s working fo the city,  the city would continue its support in trash clean up, and based on the conversation, signed the easement

MF – to sign the easement

KN – we need to have board elections

HS – let’s table this for next meeting and look over the by-laws
